A single record for cardiometabolic care
Cardiometabolic disease — diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity — accounts for the majority of preventable deaths in India. The clinical playbook is well understood; the operational chassis is not. CardMetCare builds that chassis.
Why this, why now
Indian patients see five providers across a single year of cardiometabolic care: a clinic, a diagnostic lab, a pharmacy, a tele-consult specialist, and an emergency provider when something goes wrong. None of them share a record. The patient ends up carrying a paper folder.
CardMetCare is the consented record those five providers can plug into. Clinics keep their clinical workflow. Patients keep agency over their data. Partners get clean order flow. We make the platform fee, the network take-rate, and the GST receipts.
What we believe
- Most platforms stop at advice. We close the loop — from care plan to real-world action.
- The patient's record belongs to the patient. DPDP-ready architecture is the floor, not the ceiling.
- Trends beat snapshots. A second reading is worth more than the first.
- Operations matter as much as clinical features. A care plan only works if the pharmacy receives the prescription, the meal arrives, and the delivery is confirmed.
- Families want to see whether the care plan is being followed. Caregiver visibility is an Indian-context first-class feature, not an afterthought.
- India-first beats India-also. We design for ₹149 / month and 4G.
Where we are
Phase 2 of CardMetCare is shipping: four web apps (patient, care team, admin, partner) on a validated multi-tenant backend, public marketing surface, GST-compliant billing scaffold, DPDP-ready governance pages, PWA install. The next ring is partner-network fulfilment — pharmacy adherence loop, meal suppliers, hyperlocal logistics, caregiver visibility. Razorpay live keys and ABDM sandbox approval are the active commercial gates.
