Common questions
Yes. You can correct, export, or erase your record at any time through the patient governance page. CardMetCare does not share data outside your consented care team. DPDP-aligned correction and erasure workflows are built in — these section references will be reviewed and confirmed with DPDP counsel before any formal compliance claim.
Our data model is ABHA-compatible and we capture HFR / NABH / GSTIN at clinic sign-up. Live ABDM exchange ships when sandbox approval clears.
We charge an 8% take-rate on consumer orders fulfilled through the partner network (pharmacies, diagnostic labs, telehealth). The clinic / partner sees the gross order value; CardMet retains 8%.
From paid launch onwards, every charge produces a GST-compliant invoice (CGST 9% + SGST 9% on intra-state services). Invoices are emailed to the registered address and stored in your billing history. We are currently in test-mode billing during stakeholder review; live billing turns on with the production launch.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Cookie-based auth (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax). Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer with NOT NULL FKs + scoped service queries, and asserted by a runtime cross-tenant probe on every CI run. Read more on the security page.
